Bologna Performing Arts Center

The Bologna Performing Arts Center (BPAC), located on the campus of Delta State University, hosts performances, events, and exhibits that celebrate the arts and enrich the community.

Available Spaces

  • Mainstage Theatre – 1,132 seats

  • Recital Hall – 145 seats

  • Capwell Lobby

  • Tims Gallery

  • Green Room

  • Mathews-Sanders Sculpture Garden

For Delta State University Departments and Organizations

DSU groups may use the Mainstage and Recital Hall with rental fees waived. To reserve space:

  1. A DSU faculty or staff member must sponsor the event.

  2. Confirm availability with the BPAC Director of Production.

  3. Complete the BPAC User Agreement, including all setup and technical details.

For Community and External Organizations

To rent BPAC facilities:

  1. Confirm availability with the Director of Production.

  2. Complete the BPAC User Agreement with event and technical details.

  3. Schedule a Production Meeting to review rental rates and needs.

  4. A deposit may be required.

Rental fees vary based on duration, technical requirements, type of event, and other factors. Discounts are available for nonprofit organizations.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Ticketing and sales services

  • Technical staff and stagehands

  • Sound, lighting, or specialized equipment

  • Security and merchandise sales

  • Other support services
